As we are always looking at ways to improve the quality ofservice, weare pleased to announce that we have developed a new process to moveADSL2+ to ADSL2+ with Home Phone.
Change of Plan
Existing ADSL2+ customers can now change their plan to ADSL2+ with HomePhone and retain their username.
Please note, this is only applicable to existing ADSL2+ customers.
What is the process?
1. Customer sends a request to process change of plan.
2. TPGsends an email notification which includes a link for customer to clickon. Customer has 31 days to visit the link and agree/acknowledge thefollowing:
10 to 20 working days downtimeand;
waiving the Customer ServiceGuarantee
Thecustomer must visit this link and agree to the conditions otherwise,the change of plan process will not commence.
3. Customer then submits the online form.
4. Upon submission, we will start cancelling their existing ADSL2+service which takes 3 working days.
5. Once cancellation of current ADSL2+ is completed, the new ADSL2+with Home Phone is created. New charges are applied (please see newpricing below). Installation of ADSL2+ with Home Phone takes 10 to 20working days.
Customer can still choose to port their existing phone number or get anew phone number from TPG. There will be anadditional 3 to 5 working days if customer choose to port their phonenumber to TPG.During these days, the incoming call feature is inactive and will bedivertedto TPGVoicemail gateway. Diversion is lifted once port is completed.
Change of Location
If an existing ADSL2+ customer wish to relocate and apply for ADSL2+with Home Phone, usual process will be followed which means thatcustomer will still need to create a NEW username but newcharges will apply (please see new pricing below).
