到澳大利亚读博士后申请457签证需要英语成绩吗？

我申请到了CSIRO的一个博士后职位，对方告诉我需要申请457签证。

看了网上很多帖子，也没有搞明白是否需要英语成绩。

请问各位大侠，到澳大利亚读博士后需要英语成绩吗？

the nominated occupation does not require a level of English language proficiency for grant of registration, licence or membership, and the applicant’s nominated occupation is within the highly skilled major groups 1-3 of the Australian Standard Classification of Occupations (ASCO), comprising managers, administrators, professionals and associate professionals

这句话的意思是，1）所申请的职业不要求英语能力；2）所申请的职业的编码属于ASCO的1-3。

这两个条件是同时满足吗？

仔细研究了一下ASCO（http://www.abs.gov.au/ausstats/a ... 184d35!OpenDocument）。
博士后应该属于21这种类型的。

如果上面的两个条件需要同时满足的话，读博士后就需要英语成绩。

我从CSIRO的秘书那里得到了一个比较确切的消息，应该不需要英语成绩。终于解放了，不需要想着考试的事情了。
you won't need to undergo IELTS, this is because CSIRO will be nominating you and you will be applying for your 457 visa in the ASCO category of Environmental Research Scientist - ASCO code 211411 (within ASCO Group 2) - which meets the exemption.
