我现在是309TR，拿到签证没多久就来澳洲
那么等我转PR时差不多已经在澳洲住了2年
请问是否转PR后我就可申请父母移民
还是要等PR拿到后住满2年才能申请？

Aos can be other people, not only youself can sponsor your parents, your husband can do it.

Your child or stepchild is eligible to sponsor you if they are settled in Australia as one of the following:

an Australian citizen
an Australian permanent resident
an eligible New Zealand citizen.
Your child's partner (aged 18 or over) is also eligible to sponsor you if they live with your child and are settled in Australia as one of the following:

an Australian citizen
an Australian permanent resident
eligible New Zealand citizen.

你一定要自己有PR。老公只能作经济担保。

pr必须两年后，留学生无妨。
